About Me

I love the finer things in life. Not just in the form of fashion or food but also things that are all around us. I am always in awe of people who are able to create, to design, to draw, to paint, to write, to compose - something beautiful and inspiring. I believe it is because fundamentally I am not creative. I am strictly a "follow the rules" kinda gal. For example, I have been playing the piano since I was 5 years old but if you were to ask me to compose a tune or 'jam' with friends, my mind goes blank. I have never been able to play freehand, attempted but failed!, and can only play by following music notes on a book. I guess my only creative outlet would be writing!

Anyways back to the topic at hand. I first started this blog thinking that it would be a good way to tell my friends what I wanted for my birthday! So crafty of me I know but I always believe in giving gifts that someone would really want or use instead of buying some random gift just for the sake of giving a gift. (hmm that sentence can almost be a tongue twister, almost). I  have been known to ask family members and friends out right what they would like for their birthdays. Come to think of it, most people do that don't they? And no my birthday is not in December as the dates of my postings would suggest but as my close friends have still not decided what to get me I decided to give them a helping hand. So the trick kinda worked as I received a Laura Mercier eye palette for my birthday which was about the same shade as the Bobbi Brown eye palette that I wanted but was sold out in the whole of KL.

After my recent trip to HK and Macau I have come to realise that I do spend a big chunk of my money on food and shopping. To help me balance out my financials I have decided to try my hand at selling stuff online. Check out my Personal Shopper page for more details.

I bid you good day and thank you for reading this far.
